This is a /6 model fuel cock. Not original to the < '70 models, but a functional replacement Gasket ring for top nut is included.
WHEN THE LEVER IS IN THE "RES." POSITION (UPWARD) IT WILL TOUCH THE BOTTOM SIDE OF THE FUEL TANK.
YOU WILL HAVE TO SHORTEN THE LEVER 4 - 5 MM.
